After a blistering audit report and a legal opinion scrutinizing his compensation, Rob Konrad has resigned as general counsel of the Jefferson Parish Finance Authority. Konrad said Tuesday (Jan. 30) his departure had nothing to do with controversy over the agency, and Finance Authority Chairman Gregory Faia agreed.
